My Order
Q: I did not receive my order?
A: Please contact our support team at info@brikay.com for assistance.
Q: Can I modify or change my order?
A: After your order is placed we immediately begin processing it. Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, they cannot be modified or canceled.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your package ships we will send you a shipping notification along with a tracking number.
Q:What if I added the wrong address?
A: If your package has not yet shipped we will do our best to revise your order. Please email us at info@brikay.com for assistance.
Shipping & Returns
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: US orders $100+ (excluding taxes) and international orders over 150+ (excluding taxes) are free.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: Domestic Returns: BriKay Jewelry provides returns within 30 days of delivery date for store credit. The package has to be in original packaging and undamaged. You must use our pre-paid shipping label. Shipping charges are excluded from store credit.
All mystery boxes, gift cards, and sale items are final sale.
International Returns:BriKay Jewelry provides returns within 45 days of delivery date for international shipping. The return shipping label must be purchased by the customer. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
Discounts:
Q: What if I forgot to put my discount code in at checkout?
A: Unfortunately, for orders that have already been placed we are not able to apply a discount code.
Q: Can I apply two discount codes at checkout?
A: You may only use one discount code at checkout.
