Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays e.g.,Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day.

After your order is placed our processing time is 1-3 business days to pack but may be subject to delay for new product drops. USPS standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for US orders. Standard international shipping takes approximately 7-21 business days. These are estimated shipping times and cannot be gauranteed. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Plese provide your shipping details in English so your order is not subject to cancellation.

USPS ships to PO boxes. There are limitations when it comes to the size of parcel that can be delivered. USPS will hold your package if the package does not fit in your PO box.

BriKay Jewelry offers free US shipping on orders 99+and free international shipping on orders 150+.

Domestic Returns:

BriKay Jewelry provides returns within 30 days of delivery date for store credit. The package has to be in original packaging and undamaged. You must use our pre-paid shipping label. Shipping charges are excuded from store credt.

All mystery boxes, gift cards, and sale items are final sale.

International Returns:

BriKay Jewelry provides returns within 45 days of delivery date for international shipping. The return shipping label must be purchased by the customer. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Our Warranty

BriKay Jewelry has a 90 day gaurantee upon your delievery date for damaged domestic orders. Warranty does not apply for sale items. If you need a warranty repair after 90 days there will be a fee. You can email us at info@brikay.com for questions on this process. Warranty does not include items that we are sold out of.

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are insured. You can request a claim within 7 days if your package does not arrive at info@brikay.com.

Since our jewelry is not made from pure gold, it will not last forever. Here are some tips to give your jewelry the longest lifespan possible.

Wearing your jewelry

Taking care of your jewelry when wearing it is essential. Avoid contact with high humidity, soaps, perfumes and lotions.

Take your jewelry off when you are exercising, showering, putting on lotions or perfume.

Storing your jewelry

Storing your jewelry when it is not in use is a high priority so that it does not tarnish.

Keep your jewelry away from sunlight and store it at room temperature with low humidity.

Separate your pieces by metal and keep in a jewelry box or jewelry rack.

Cleaning your jewelry

It is important to thoroughly clean and polish your jewelry. Use a soft-bristled toothbrush to buff away and debris with lukewarm water

Use a lint-free cloth to pat jewelry dry.
